Naturally Dyed With Plants And Eco Ink- – Organic Cotton (GOTS) – XL Mens
There is a story behind this garment, it was made in a slow and sustainable way. This item is made using part of the Circular Fashion Principles.
This t-shirt has been hand dyed using non toxic plants from the garden, then printed on with an original design using Permaset water based Eco-Friendly inks.
First a spray of Eco Ink paint was applied and dried to create the background. Then in this piece is our daughters painting using Permaset Eco Ink on a reuse plastic folder divider. It is transferred whilst wet onto the shirt which somewhat alters its appearance as the paint is squashed into the shirt. I (Dad) then kind of like Mr Squigle hand paint (using our sustainable wood paint brushes) adding to it draw out the images I can see within our daughters transferred image.
This is a never to be reproduced piece, truely one of a kind.
