Returns & Refunds

At Renewed Spirit it is important for us that you are happy with your purchase, if the item is defective in any way or it arrives damaged please contact us so that we can promptly refund or exchange your item.

Our return policy is effective for 30 days, after 30 days from purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

If the item is damaged upon arrival, notification to us should be made within 24 hours and photographic proof provided if requested.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all seals intact. If seals appear to be tampered with or broken you will not be eligible for a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of your purchase.

We will not exchange or refund products due to general wear and tear or that has been damaged after the receipt of your product.

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, only regular priced items may be refunded.

We will only refund lost items if you specify tracking with your shipping.

What happens next…

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Depending on some financial institutions refunds may take a few days to process, if refunds are not completed after a week please contact us.

Returns Shipping

If eligible for a refund or return we will reimburse any shipping costs if provided with a receipt.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
