We use second hand ‘Karma free crystals’,
As they are past their direct chain of profit, unfortunately the nature of crystals being extracted is often not the “free loving” and “hippy” innocent and free nature of crystals most perceive. Often sacred sites are impacted by there extraction.
Then there is often the chemical pollution often leaching into waterways and the environment, involved in there removal. Underpaid, hazardous, poor work conditions, illegally using children because they can fit into the small mine shafts easier is usually involved.
When one feels the good vibe of the crystal they mostly do not pick up on the not so subtle illness and even death of the people who are often exploited in there extraction.
Even the Amber beads used for supposedly soothing pain for teething toddlers more then likely the result- of another child’s exploitation who suffers from the toxic extraction.
Not saying all crystals are sourced this way but most crystal suppliers (well the whole Industry in general) are not transparent, in how they come into being, and the dark truth about the unspoken extraction of crystals, the big money from the mining of crystals and their exploitation is silent.
